This is the Castle ruins of Burg Wolfstein. It is located in Neumarkt in Upper Palatinate, Bavaria, Germany. This image was taken during our visit last August 2010 but we always see this castle every time we drive to Neumarkt. Until now, this castle is being renovated. There are also plays that take place here from time to time conducted by Wolfsteinfreunde (Wolfstein Friends).
The history of Burg Wolfstein dates back at 1120 where Ulrich v. Wolfstein lived but evidences failed to show.

Prague is the capital and largest city of Czech Republic. It is classified as global city and attracts millions of tourist every year. I am one of those millions who paid a visit to this city last September 2008.
Shopping in Prague is also an interesting experience. It has a lot of stores and malls where tourists and visitors can explore. I am thinking if an apple iphone is cheaper in Prague than in Germany. Anyway, I can say that Prague is one of the very enchanting cities in Europe worthy to visit. Its historic area belongs to the list of UNESCO World Heritage.

The Cologne Cathedral is a Roman Catholic church in Cologne, Germany. It is called in German as Kölner Dom and officially named as Hohe Domkirche St. Peter und Maria. It is one of the world largest churches and the largest Gothic church in Northern Europe. Its construction began in 1248 and was completed in 1880 after a lot of interruptions. The reliques of the Three Kings was buried inside this church.
I had visited this Cathedral twice and below is one of the images I took during my second visit last August 2010.
It is 144.5 metres long, 86.5 m wide and its towers are approximately 157 m tall.

It was again another interesting trip we had last Wednesday, January 5, 2011 in Rothenburg ob der Tauber. We are very lucky because there was no snow during our trip. The weather was so friendly with sunshine almost the whole day. As usual, I bought again some travel souvenirs. I brought home with me two books, a German cookbook and a travel guide of the town. I also bought some postcards and shot glasses.
Anyway, I specified that we particularly visited Rothenburg ob der Tauber, a town in the Franconian region in Bavaria, Germany. There are three Rothenburg places in Germany and also one in Luzern, Switzerland. Don’t get confuse with the name of the place.

Rothenburg ob der Tauber is well-known for its well-preserved Medieval old-town which attracts visitors from all over the world.

I am just trying to remember our trip to Dinant, Belgium. Actually, we did only had a short stop-over here because our main destination was Luxembourg. From Brussels city to this place, as far as I can remember, is around one and a half hours. I find this place quite interesting.
Dinant is a Walloon city and municipality located on the River Meuse in the Belgian province of Namur, Belgium. Its sights include the Collegiate Church of Notre Dame, the Citadel and Rocher Bayard.
