The month of July is almost ending. August comes next and then the BER months. I can’t imagine how time passes-by so quickly. I am also getting another year older next month. Anyway, anybody who is looking for car parts out there or maybe some sort of ford accessories? This question just came out of my mind because I remember my almost three months vacation in the from November 2009 to February 2010. I can’t imagine that it is almost six months now since I visited my home country.

Did you also see the picture I have here? I believed yes! This was taken in Cebu, Philippines. This location is very near to the South Terminal where we always go everytime we go home to the South. You can also see some jeepneys in the image here. And yes, we call these jeepneys in our country. These are the common transportation especially in the big cities like Manila, Makati, Cebu and some other more. I remember sometimes when the jeepney we were riding broke down and we had to transfer to the other one. That is not so bad because you can stop any jeepney anytime on the road.

What a busy day again today. I did some grocery shopping almost the whole day and worked in our garden until 8:30 PM. I never had a boring day because I always find time to do a lot of things both offline and online. I am sharing this image I took at the Freedom Park in Malabuyoc, Cebu Province in the Philippines. This was taken during my vacation this year. I love the view in this place.

How to go there? Per request of a fellow Cebuana named “Laagan na Cebuana”..You can take the Ceres bus liner going to the south of Cebu. Just tell the driver that you want to stop in Malabuyoc. From the main street, the coastal area is just some meters away. It is maybe around three to four hours ride with this bus.

Another week is here! I know that I am very late with this post now. But I would say that, better late than never! I should be posting this earlier but there are just some things that keeps me busy plus my pc is not working right since the Friday until now. Without further adieu, here is my sky watching in Nuremberg, Germany. This is one of the gate towers in the old city of Nuremberg. I toured new friends there last Thursday, July 22, 2010 to be exact. Hello folks! I am quite mad today because my computer is working not so good. Everytime I tried to open another window, it won’t go through. I am currently using my small netbook which I find very inconvenient because the keypad is very small. Anyway, we attended a birthday party last night somewhere in Fuerth. It is around one hour drive from where we live. Hubby was trying to find something last week to give as a present. He finally decided to give some cash. I am also trying to find some unique gift ideas for newly engaged couple. I am quite excited for a friend who is about to get married. She is almost in her mid thirties and I believed that it is also time for her to settle. Thanks to our computer and internet where we can find great gift ideas online as presents to different occasions and celebrations.

I love this part of Disneyland Resort wherein you have the chance to see and experience the simulation of Golden State, flying over the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco, Redwood Creek in Humboldt County, Napa Valley, Monterey, Lake Tahoe, Yosemite National Park (including Yosemite Falls and Half Dome), the PGA West golf course in La Quinta (credited in the queue video presentation as Palm Springs), Camarillo, Anza-Borrego Desert State Park, San Diego, Malibu, Los Angeles, and Disneyland itself. The last few scenes transition from daytime to dusk and then to night, culminating in Disneyland’s fireworks surrounding the riders in the nighttime sky. Lasting about four minutes and forty seconds, the attraction predominantly focuses on the various landscapes of the state, although various human activities can also be seen – snow skiing, river rafting, kayaking, horseback riding, hot air ballooning, and the U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds are all featured prominently in the film.

Soarin’ Over California was first conceptualized in 1996 as “Ultra Flight,” a name which can still be seen on the tower consoles of the California Adventure attraction. It was to feature an OMNIMAX screen with an inverted track allowing guests to fly over California’s landmarks. The attraction would have three load levels and the system would operate on a horizontal cable, much like a dry cleaner’s rack. This plan was abandoned, however, when it was determined that the construction and labor costs for that design would be prohibitive. It seemed that Soarin’ wouldn’t become a reality until Imagineer Mark Sumner developed a different idea for the ride vehicles, using an Erector Set and string to create a working model.
