The weather outside is quite not friendly at the moment. This is a typical Autumn weather in Germany. I wanted to go walking but it is still raining outside. It seems that the rain won’t stop because the sky is still dark and gray. That’s our quick weather update for now.

Back about one of my Germany experiences- During my first months in this country, that was back in 2003, I had a big problem because of the acne that started to invade on my face. It was truly terrible because those were big acne. I believed my dermatologist prescribed the best acne product for me because after using that cream for some months, my acne problem was better. Sad to say, those huge acne had left a lot of hole and scars on my face. With the help of modern medicine and cosmetology, the scars now are slowly gone. I am still using a certain cream to get rid of the scars on my face. I am quite contented with it now.

I had a great time seeing some friends and “kababayans” in Frankfurt the other week. The weather in this city was very friendly during that time. During our first day of meeting we had a walk around the city and visited some of the famous sights like the Eurotower which is the headquarter of the European Bank, the Römerberg or the City Hall Square, the Hauptwache, and some other more.

I will be sharing my travel experience to Paris this time. I have been to this city twice and if given another chance to visit it in the future, for sure I will grab it. There are just a lot of things to see and experience in this city and a day or two is not enough to see all. For all you know, Paris is considered to be one of the most expensive cities in the world. According to the latest survey from Economist Intelligence Unit in 2010, it is the world’s most expensive city to live in. Thus, touring this city can cost you a fortune. But you don’t need to worry about because no matter what, you can still find a cheap Paris hotel to stay during your visit.

If you are diligent enough to search for the cheapest hostel in Paris or Bed and Breakfast, for sure you will find one that best suits your budget. Would you believe that we were able to book online a 3 star hotel for only 35 Euros a night double bed and it is located near Gare du Nord, the central train station of Paris. That was quite a good deal.

1. Eiffel Tower

If you are talking about this architecture, you are also talking about Paris because it is the most famous and prominent symbol of this city. This structure is not only known in Europe but in the whole world as well. It was named after its designer engineer Gustav Eiffel and was built as an entry to the 1889 World’s Fair. It is 324 meters or 1,063 feet tall and is now the second tallest structure in France after Millau Viaduct.

2. The Notre Dame Cathedral

Notre Dame de Paris or Our Lady of Paris, is a Catholic cathedral with Gothic architecture. It is a 12th century cathedral which is considered to be one of the top tourist destination in Paris. It was one of the first buildings in the world to use the flying buttress or arched exterior supports. Notre Dame Cathedral is also one of the finest example of French Gothic architecture not only in France but in whole of Europe as well.

3. Arc de Triomphe (Arch of Triumph)

If Munich, Germany has a so-called Siegestor (Arch of Triumph) and Rome has an Arch of Constantine, I believed the most famous one is the Arc de Triomphe in Paris, France. It is a monument located in the center of Place Charles de Gaulle, at the western end of the Champs-Élysées. You can also see a smaller arch like this near Louvre. I had also seen its replica in Paris, Las Vegas, Nevada.

It was a great experience visiting one of the most interesting and top influential cities of the world. I simply love Paris!

I guess it is my first time to share an image of a tractor here. We just happened to pass-by this tractor when me and hubby went walking last September around our place. I find it interesting because of its red color. I immediately took out the digicam out of my pocket and took picture of it.

I believed most of you know what is tractor for. It is a farm vehicle equipment with low speed used for hauling a trailer or as machinery used in construction or agriculture. My father who is a farmer would love to see this vehicle for sure!

love this red tractor! If I am not mistaken, this old tractor will be used as a display for an Oldtimer gathering. I just noticed the red plate number on it, which means that it will be used temporarily.

I believed most of us would like to spend a vacation as if we are staying at the comfort of our home. It is not impossible at this time. There are private villa holidays where you can stay and have a quality vacation. Whether you want to travel from sunny Asia to beautiful Europe or to amazing America and in any part of the globe, you can have the freedom to stay in any form of accommodation that you always wanted.

If you are planning to spend your holiday at the so-called “Sunshine City”, there are affordable florida villas where you can stay. There are just a lot of sights to see in this tropical state of U.S.A. Spending a vacation in a big country like U.S.A. is not that difficult anymore. It is always a nice feeling when you spend a holiday like when you are just at home. Don’t you know that I already experienced the same? It was almost the same story when I stayed in my sister’s house in Las Vegas and I truly felt at home during my two months holiday. It is almost spending a vacation in a private villa where you can do most of the things you want to do from cooking to swimming or simply relaxing. I truly experience the warm of American people especially in the entertainment capital, Las Vegas. I can’t wait to visit this city again in the future. I also hope to see more cities and states of this country.

We also had the chance to visit Disneyland and Universal Studios and spent some nights in one of the hotels in Anaheim, California. As far as I can remember my cousin found a cheap hotel near this area. She booked a huge suite for the six of us. That was quite a great and memorable vacation I had in the United States.

My travel tip for today: Avoid hassle and stress by planning your vacation ahead of time.
