I am trying to reminisce the last vacation I spent in my home country. One of the islands we visited was Bohol. This was already my second visit to this island and I always love it there. I am not sure if there are these so called Outer Banks rental homes where you can rent for a longer vacation here. But there is a famous beach here, the Bohol Beach Club where you can also stay during your trip.

The beaches in this part of Philippines are truly amazing. Imagine white sand, palm trees, sunshine, everything is perfect to spend for a holiday.

The Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris, France is a Catholic cathedral and has a Gothic architecture. It is called in French as Notre Dame de Paris which also means Our Lady of Paris. It is considered to be one of the finest Gothic architecture not only in Paris but also in the whole of Europe. The ground-breaking of this cathedral started in 1163 and was finished in 1345.

It is such an amazing work of human architecture especially that they still don’t have all the modern equipment to build such building during those times.

Hey folks! I am passing here very quick to give you a short update. Life has been very busy lately. There are a lot of things to do both online and offline. I even miss going to the gym and sauna for almost two weeks now. I need something like hcg Austin to relax for awhile. I even asked hubby if we can have together a wellness vacation. I saw some ads on the weekly newspaper about affordable wellness holidays. Hubby told me, if he can have a vacation leave in September, probably we can go together. For now, I just wish to finish all the pending jobs so that I can go back to the gym and sauna again. Take care everyone. More updates to come.

I took this image while we were entering Switzerland. We were on our trip going to Zurich that time. It was a nice trip and we were very lucky to have great deal with it. It was a very cheap trip. I still wish to visit Switzerland again in the future and during summer season.

Spring is finally here! Today is officially the beginning of spring season in Germany. I am quite excited because I will be spending a spring holiday in the French Riviera region. I found some budget holidays last January and I am quite happy and contented after booking one. It will be a six-day trip including the transportation, 3-star hotel accommodation, breakfast, dinner and some tours in the different places in Côte d’Azur or French Riviera.

Here are some tips where to find or book your budget holidays.

Internet

This is one of the best way in searching for your next travel or vacation. Whether you are looking for cheap flights, affordable hotels, holiday packages, rental villas, apartments, all you need to do is simply move your mouse and with a click of it, you can already search a lot in the internet.

I remembered my Europe tour with a friend last year. We booked everything in internet and we were lucky to minimize our travel expenses. You know why? We planned it ahead and booked everything earlier. Imagine visiting seven countries in Europe for three weeks? That was a record for me. It was the most interesting and memorable trip that I had so far.

Travel magazines, catalogues and Newspapers

I also found some affordable trips in newspapers and travel magazines. In fact, I found my previous trip to Berlin last month in the newspaper. It was a last-minute trip and was truly very cheap. It was a 3-day trip for 150.00 Euros including the transportation, 3-star hotel and with breakfast. It was not bad and seeing Berlin was a great travel experience for me.

Visiting a Travel Agency

I do this not so often but sometimes it works. Sometimes you are also lucky to find cheap vacation packages, cruise trips and last minute trips in a travel agency. I usually go there to pick-up travel catalogues.
