I did not expect that I can visit one of the famous universities in the United States of America. Can anybody give me a scholarship at the University of California, Berkeley? I am just kidding folks. I am already contented to visit the campus. It was not actually our plan to go there. We should be visiting Milpitas or Fremont that day but due to some cancellations and change of plan, we ended up visiting UC Berkeley.
Me and my dear sister had a stroll inside the university. There are times when we just sat down and was observing all the students that were passing-by. The area of this university is quite huge. We might not be able to visit all the areas there but at least we were happy to once stepped the famous university of USA.

Visiting Las Vegas soon? For sure you will have a lot of fun when visiting the “Entertainment Capital of the World”. There are a lot of shows to be experienced when you are in Las Vegas. It depends on your taste or your choose of entertainment. During my first visit in Las Vegas, I always love watching live bands in the different hotels here. I love to hear pearl drums musicians friend which produce good sounds and music.
And yes, I am currently in Las Vegas. We should be going out tonight to watch some shows and live bands but I guess I am still having a jetlag because I just arrived last night from San Francisco. I am also saving my energy for tomorrow. It’s party time again!

We finally decided to visit Oakland. It was not the original plan because we supposedly wanting to visit San Francisco. Since it is accessible to visit Oakland first, we decided to go there. My sister’s sister-in-law was on her way to work to Oakland and we went with her going to her work. It was only an hour or two sightseeing we had in Oakland and me and my sister had truly a lot of fun.
Oakland is a city in California and considered to be the busiest port in San Francisco Bay and all of Northern California.
Lake Merritt is a large tidal lagoon that lies just east of downtown Oakland, California. It is surrounded by parkland and city neighborhoods.

It was during our second day in Vancouver when we visited Chinatown. It was actually located near our hotel and we decided to go there on the second day. It was quite interesting to see all the commodities being sold in the stores in Chinatown. I was looking for a sort of maker’s mark cigars but I ended up buying a kind of tea instead of the cigar. I guess I was at the wrong place.
We went around the area and I also bought some souvenirs which are quite cheaper compared to the shops in downtown area. Here is an image of one of the stores in Chinatown. This is actually the Chinatown Supermarket.

Were you able to watch the movie Sleepless in Seattle or the The Parallax View? These are only some of the movies that were filmed in Space Needle. Before I visited Seattle, I really wish that I can climb on top of it. I was so happy when my friends from this city brought me there. Thanks Ate Thelma and Sven for your time and effort to show Seattle to me. I truly appreciate it.
From the top of Space Needle, you can have a breathtaking 360 degrees view of Seattle. I was contented when we did that. This tower in Seattle, Washington has been the iconic landmark in this city but in the whole of Pacific Northwest region of United States.
How lucky I am to be there. I love this famous sight in Seattle.
