OOpps!! You might be thinking this is  Monte Carlo in Monaco. No, its not! I have been to the real Monte Carlo in Monaco last 2011 and also to the Monte Carlo in Las Vegas, Nevada. Those trips I had in both places were awesome!  I and my sister went to this hotel  and had some sightseeing. We had a lot of fun  the night we went  there.

I am thinking of making an overnight in this hotel in my next visit. Wow in my dreams! haha!

Ground was broken for the hotel in March 1995. It was originally known as the “Grand Victoria”. The Monte Carlo opened to the public on June 21, 1996, at 12:01 a.m., following invitation-only VIP pre-opening celebration the prior day, including a fireworks show.

It was cancelled but I am not sad. My shopping date with a friend did not materialized today. She was busy and I am the same. There are just lot of things to do before I go again to travel. It is good that I can search online of what I need. I just want to have an idea on the different designs of floor stand display. Some friends have been suggesting  to open a grocery store or a bar but I guess it is quite difficult in my situation. I am  still thinking about it.

My friend called me this morning to cancel our shopping date. That  was not a problem for me because I also have a lot of things to do. I am quite happy with what I accomplished today.

I believed spring is coming soon! The weather is getting friendlier and I love it! We had sunshine the past three days. I hope that snow won’t come back anymore. Besides I don’t need it. I want spring to come soon so that I can start working in our garden. I would also love to see the blooming flowers including the tulips, crocus and narcissus. What else? I would love to go walking when the weather is really nice, with sunshine and blue skies! love it!

Blue skies and bald trees but their leaves will come back very soon. There are still snow around but so thankful that we already have sunshine. I can’t wait for spring to come since this is one of my favorite seasons of the year.

Traveling is one of my passions. I have been to many cities and countries in Europe but not much in Asia. I had a talk last time with a friend and we were mentioning about traveling in some countries there. Among the few ones we are planning to visit are Hongkong, Thailand, Vietnam, Taiwan, Cambodia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia and Indonesia.

First on my list is Hongkong. I have a friend and former classmate there who is inviting me to visit her. This is the reason why I  start searching for some things to do and see in this country. I read a lot of information about Hongkong in wikipedia. It is very interesting to know many things about this country especially its history and its beautiful sights. Thanks to wikipedia for providing free information  about many things like Hongkong.

While browsing online for accommodation, I landed at Hong Kong Listed. This site is quite informative especially if you want to go shopping in Hongkong. I was impressed by their classified ads because I found many cheap electronics and gadgets like cameras and smartphones. These are some of the gadgets that I need when I travel. In fact, I am  planning to buy a new smartphone and this site might be  a good place to shop.

February is over! March is finally here! I have a lot to be thankful for the past month. It was so far a great month  for me. There were challenges and trials but I am thankful to God that I was able to overcome everything. So many things had happened, fun, enjoyment, trips, get together with friends, good news for family and  siblings and other things and happenings  worth to be thankful of.

Special celebration like my Father’s birthday and my sister as well,  were also worth to be thankful of. My sister nurse in Vegas was hired in a new job, I am so happy for her. My blogging life is full of challenges and I love it. lolz!  I am always thankful to good friends for all their help. There are still many things to be  learned in the blogosphere and I am learning each day. (more…)
