The fun and enjoyment during Fasching or carnival season is over now. It ended yesterday during the Ash Wednesday. I am glad to witness some Fasching festivals especially the carnival parades in Germany. It is indeed very exciting and entertaining.

Vietnam is a very interesting city to visit in Southeast Asia. When talking about Vietnam’s history, one would think of it as war, colonisation and rebellion. One of its invaders was its neighboring China. Most of you are for sure very familiar with the American Vietnamese war. It was one of the wars that Vietnamese fought and considered to be most brutal in its history. Good to know, it is over now and Vietnam gladly welcome visitors and tourists from all walks of life.

The sun is shining until now! What a beautiful day indeed! I was quite busy this morning. I woke-up at around 8:00 which is earlier for me. I am actually trying my best to wake up early since two weeks ago so that I can do more chores at home. There are just a lot of things to do.

March is finally here! I can already feel the breeze of spring season. The weather is getting better and it is not so cold anymore. In fact during the months of December 2013, January and February, we had mild winter. This is so far the mildest winter I experienced since over 10 years of living in Germany. I was just wondering if these change of weather is the effect of global warming? What do you think folks? (more…)

It is always good to give when I can only afford it. It makes me feel good when I am able to give. Since, I am going home for a long vacation, I have been searching and looking for gift ideas to my friends and family. I already bought some and I know it is still not enough. Taking a long vacation need more finances. I want to give more presents but I have to consider first my budget. I will see if I can buy some more gifts. (more…)
