It’s been almost four months now since my last vacation in my home country. Honestly, I am missing it so much. Who would not miss the place where you grew up, where your family and friends are and most especially where your home is? I also miss the sunshine, the blue sky, the beach and the food. What else? I just can’t enumerate at the moment but there are so many things I miss from there.

Who would not miss this place? I will for sure go back here one day….for good! (more…)

One of the problems that new parents have with belt-positioning booster seats is that they aren’t quite sure when they should or should not be considering using them. In part that stems from a misunderstanding of what these seats are used for.
To begin with it is important to understand that belt positioning booster seats are not the same as normal child safety seats. Instead, they are a type of seat that is meant solely to elevate the child and position them so that the seat belt fits them properly and ensures their safety.

Typically these seats are used after children have outgrown other safety seats, and as such are normally used on children who are between the ages of 4 to 8. Of course, this would vary depending on the child in question and whether or not they really need a belt-positioning booster seat in order to have the seat belt fit properly. (more…)

Hello everyone! I am finally back here in blogland. The first weekend of October is here and I hope you are having a wonderful start of the month. I hope for the best to all of us and may this month brings joy, love and contentment to one and all!

Hopefully next time again. Oktoberfest is ending so soon and today is the last day of the biggest funfair in this planet. I am glad, I visited it again for the 5th time. How about you?
I would like to only share some photos I took during my visit with a friend last weekend. Here we go;

The Augustiner- Braü Garten, the beer tent of the Augustiner Brewery. It is a brewery in Munich, Germany. Established in 1328, it is Munich’s oldest still independent brewery and produces some of Munich’s most popular beers. (more…)

Updating the house doesn’t need to be expansive or expensive to be effective. Small changes are enough to provide a completely new appearance to the home. Moreover, a person’s home is a haven and should be a place a person is happy and comfortable. A home should reflect a homeowner’s personality to create an atmosphere they are most happy in.

New paint in the home can freshen up the appearance of the entire home. Find colors that are suitable to the colors of the furniture and remaining décor, but feel free to explore new possibilities. If a color if not a good match, the good thing is that it can be changed for an inexpensive amount. (more…)

Everyone is excited about the steady march of scientific improvements in the treatment of conditions such as cancer and heart disease. However, there is one much less serious condition that many would like to see more progress made on, and that is baldness.
Not Well Understood
For all the effort that has gone into curing baldness, to this day not a great deal is understood about what really causes it. The official scientific name for baldness is androgenetic alopecia, but by any name, it has proved an elusive condition to understand. The ancient philosopher Aristotle made an astute observation centuries ago when he observed that eunuchs, who lack testicles, never go bald. We now know that is because baldness is a side-effect of the hormone testosterone which is produced in the testicles. Alas, knowing that connection has not produced a cure, unless you want to become a eunuch, which is a solution few men would choose. (more…)
