Honestly speaking, I can’t stand in front of the computer with no lights. It will just make my eyes painful. In short I have to turn on that lights. Just last week, I also started on turning on our Christmas lights. I almost have Christmas lights in all our windows from the living room to the kitchen, and in the other four rooms. I just wonder if there are some sort of Christmas led light bulbs. I just read from Green and More that led lights consume less energy and power. I even knew after reading that they can last until eleven to thirty four years. Amazing!! I will mention it to my husband because I am not sure if we are using led lights at home. Maybe we can save more electric power for this! Save energy and you can save your money!!

It is winter time now in Europe! I keep on cooking the past days as this cold weather also give me the appetite in eating. One time my friend in London cooked a very delicious Bola-bola, a Filipino food made of ground pork with tomato sauce. It really taste good that I tried cooking it last week. My husband love it too. I am eating again now. Sometimes in the night I am prone to eat while in front of the computer or TV. I know there is no way for me to lose weight anymore. But I read today about CLA. It stands for Conjugated Linoleic Acid which is a health supplement and was found out to contribute to lose weight. Do I really need to take it to lose weight. Experts out there..what can you say?? Consequently, the centre has been a huge success, attracting commerce from all over the world, including New York.

I love London and the interesting things and places it offer to tourists. I hope to be back there next time..maybe during the Olympics in 2012..so long but I can try!!
