I am thankful that we are having a sunny weather today. I want to clean up a bit in our garden but I just need to finish some things inside the house. I just finish cooking my favorite German food called Schweinebraten or Roasted or baked pork meat with some sort of sauce in it. The one that I had in the picture here was the one I cooked last Sunday. It was the first time that I cooked this food and HB said that it tasted good. This is like a Wikingertopf mit Hackbällchen, known in English as Viking Pot with meatballs. We ate it with french fries and it seems that they are such a perfect combination. I am not an expert cook but I guess I know how to cook and sometimes I do experiments with it.
Don’t you know that I am also a tea lover. Every after meal, I always drink green tea with some flavors in it. I usually drink two to three cups a day especially during winter time. I would love to have some art of tea coupons to save some bucks when buying it. Perfect timing because I found all kinds of food and drinks coupons online. I believed everybody wants to save every single penny when we go for shopping. With the economic crisis that is experiencing by millions of people right now, everyone just want to save money. Right guys? So why not use coupons when shopping? Have a great day to all!

Good morning! I guess I am quite late for posting or probably not. Anyway whatever it is, I just want to share this beautiful bromeliads which I took in a garden center that is around one hour drive from our place. HB said that I got seeing again after seeing these lovely flowers. I just remember my garden of mostly bromeliads before where I had more than thousands of it. I truly miss it. here it is and I hope that it cools off your tired eyes! take care guys!

How is it going guys? I believed a lot of friends out there are very happy because weekend is almost here again. Not for us because we have a lot to things to do like changing winter tires for our cars. I already mentioned yesterday that it is already snowing in our place which is unbelievable. We will be driving tomorrow to my sister-in-law’s auto repair shop to change our summer tires to winter ones. Before I sign-off for tonight, I was browsing my files and found this food photo. I remembered I ate this alone last year in a restaurant in Regensburg. I don’t remember taking a colon cleanse to wipe away the fat in this food. This is one of German specialty and I love it. It is called Schweinehaxen Braten in German and pork knuckle roast in English. Sorry guys, I always forget the word diet if I see yummy food like this. I’m signing off for now! have a great week ahead!

Hello everyone! I am back here again to give you some updates. It has been snowing in our place today. So far, this is the earliest snow that I experience since living here for more than six years. I went grocery shopping yesterday and it was also snowing but not so much. Today it was getting harder. I am quite afraid to drive because dear HB still did not change the winter tires in my car. We did not expect that in October it will be snowing already.
This afternoon we also drove to Burglengenfeld to visit the Orthopaedic doctor of dear HB. It was also snowing. These are some photos I took while we were on our way to the clinic. It is around 20 minutes drive from where we live. What we can do with the weather? I believed we can’t control it but ..let it snow! let it snow! let it snow! what a cold time we have now!
