I felt very good as I saw the sun shining this morning. I took my morning ceremony drinking a cup of tea and a toast bread with white cheese. After that, I started cleaning the house. I cooked fish fillet for lunch because today is Good Friday and HB said that we have to don’t need to eat pork meat. I am quite happy after accomplishing small things. Now I ma ready to share my sky around the world. This was taken near Parsberg while passing by in the autobahn or highway last weekend.

Welcome to the month of April! I am gratefully welcoming this month with all my heart! I am also thankful for all the blessings that we receive everyday. God is truly great.

My WW entry is about the castle ruins in our place. I once received a comment before telling me how lucky I am to pass castles when doing my errands. I don’t only pass them but I live nearby a castle ruin. I always see this castle tower everyday from our garden. I also would like to share a birthday greetings to the Author of Wordful Wednesday. I almost forgot to mention that this is my first entry for this meme…sorry I am late. guess I am too wordful now and have to end by sharing this picture below.

Here I am still wide awake and sitting in front of my computer writing this post. I can’t remember how many years do I have a problem with sleeplessness. Is it this thing called Insomnia? I know I am a night owl, an insomniac who can stay for long hours at night. That is also the reason why I am still here. Unless when I am very tired, I can go to sleep very early. The other night, I read about this natural cure for Insomnia called melatonin. I also read that products which contain melatonin has been available in the United States as dietary supplement. In other words, since it is considered as a diet supplement, Americans can buy it over the counter without any prescription. Right folks? I am not sure now if this is the same supplement that my sister’s hubby is taking.

It is said that melatonin helps individual with sleeping disorders. It is also a natural sleep aide and at the same time anti-aging hormone for the body. According to the research I made online, melatonin is a natural compound found in animals, plants, and microbes. This is quite interesting.
My other question is; Is melatonin an over-the- counter diet supplement in Germany? If melatonin will truly help me in my problem called “Sleepless Nights in Deutschland”, I might consider taking it. Before I do that, I believed I need to consult first my doctor for proper medical advice. I just found that we can buy melatonin online through Vitasunn.

This is a very beautiful fresco of St. Vitus Church in Burglengenfeld, a town in the district of Schwandorf in Bavaria, Germany. It is situated on the river Naab, 22 km north of Regensburg. I visit this place to go shopping sometimes or when me or Hb has an appointment to the doctor.

I can’t imagine how time flies by so quickly. Just last month, I was in the Philippines and now here I am back in Europe. Many things happened both good and bad, happy and sad but I am always thankful that He is always there to guide and protect us especially my family. Tomorrow is the beginning of another month. I am hoping that you will be having a great start of it. I am also thankful for all the blessings and the graces that we always receive everyday! God is great! I am also offering a special prayer for a dear love one. Hope all will be fine soon!

I am also thinking of giving a present to HB for all his goodness to me and my family. I guess electronic cigarettes are not good choice because he don’t smoke. I know where to give this present, to one of our neighbors whose mouth is like a chimney. Imagine having more than a pack of cigarette everyday? I rather invest that money for a good thing! Forgive me Lord but I believed that is a better choice! I am wishing you all a wonderful Easter season!

I almost forgot to tell you guys that the rose above is one of the rose I bought when I was in the Philippines. I hope that it is growing good now.
