Any and all kind of substance abuse is usually the indirect result of an underlying problem. Studies have shown that teenagers are the ones who are most vulnerable to the habit forming substances due to multiple factors like stress at home or school, emotional problems, peer pressure, depression, etc. Whatever the reason might be, counselling for substance abuse is almost always a necessity. It is important to track and address the underlying psychological issues that caused the patient to resort to drugs or excessive alcohol in the first place. Getting over addictions is as much a psychological challenge as it is physical, thereby demanding help and support from family members and counsellors at the same time. It’s hailing, snowing, raining dogs and cats outside! The not-so-friendly winter weather is just starting now. One customer said that he was passing at the next city and it was already raining hail there. I am so thankful that we were release so early from work today. I am finally home safe and sound now and just had my cup of tea.
We were so lucky with our get-together last weekend because the weather was quite friendly. When I was driving at the meeting place, the sun was still shining. Although, it was so freezing cold but at least it was not raining or snowing. I would say, it was still a friendly winter day! (more…)

Hello 2017! I can’t believe that 2016 is over now and thank God that it is! It has been a good year and at the same time a bit bad one for me. In short, 2016 was a challenging year and I thank God that I survived with all those challenges and trials.
I am grateful that I am slowly back to my normal life again. Thanks God for restoring my good health and please make me 100% healthy always…That is all I mostly wanted for now. (more…)
