This home improvement is still not done until now but we are thankful that we already started building it since last year. Our patio has already a roof and we are still waiting for some tiles for its floor. We already ordered it last March 2012 but until now  it is not delivered yet. We will follow-up it again this coming Monday. It is quite a huge patio which is perfect when there will be parties in the house. Of course, we also need some furniture for it  including a patio set, patio cushions, flowers and other garden decors.

When the flooring is done, we can already order all those patio furniture. I hope within two months, everything is already finish. Can’t wait to relax in our patio soon. From there  we have a very nice view of our garden.

It has been over two years now since my last vacation in the Philippines. That long three months vacation I had from November 2009 to February 2010 was a great one. I was happy to see my family again in Cebu Province. Cebu City is its capital and also considered as the second city in the Philippines. It is also called as the “Queen City of the South”.

Cebu City is also one of the tourist destination in this country. With its many white sand beaches, fine restaurants, big shopping malls and historical sights are only some of the reasons why it has become a tourist magnet.

The main entrance to Ayala Center Cebu during my vacation last 2009-2010. It is located in Cebu Business Park in Cebu City, Philippines. It is the first Ayala Shopping Center located outside Metro Manila. It was opened in 1994, and is owned by Ayala Malls.

I am especially talking about shopping in Cebu City. One of my favorite malls for strolling and window shopping is Ayala Center Cebu. This is one of the biggest shopping malls in this city. You can fine a lot of stores and shops inside that carries all products and merchandises you need.

During my last visit, there is already this so-called “The Terraces”, a P600-million redevelopment that transformed what used to be a simple lagoon area to a food and beverage strip with the signature Ayala-landscaping and orchestrated water features.

Yes, I already cleaned my car two weeks ago. Last weekend, I found out that it was very dirty again. This is the problem about spring time because this is the time of the year where pollens are showering all over our area. We have an open carport which simply means that all dusts and pollens of all kinds will also reach the car. This is not really my main concern because I just want an auto7 oxygen sensor in my car. I will see if I can find a cheaper one for my car. My baby needs to be cleaned soon!

The weather is nice and friendly today. I can hear outside the passing of a lot of cars and motorcycles. I believed they are taking the chance to enjoy the last day of the Deutsche- Amerikanische Volfsfest (German American Feast) in the U.S. training area in Hohenfels, Bavaria, Germany. Today is the last day of the celebration. I was there for three consecutive nights  and  I truly  enjoyed it  with friends.

Carnival rides, various delicacies and specialties from different countries, souvenir items like shirts and caps, a beer tent to enjoy music from the live bands who play every night, the celebration of the German-American Volksfest is another success this year.
