Altstadtfest in Neumarkt Upper Palatinate, Germany

Good day everyone! Another week is here and we are almost in the middle of June. It means that August is almost coming. I can’t wait for another Europe adventure to come during this month. Anyway, I hope that you had a great weekend too. I did had a wonderful weekend. We visited the Rose Garden in Neumarkt. After our visit there, we proceeded to the Altstadtfest or Old City Festival which is celebrated every year during month of June. The said festival started from June 11 to 13 this year. Thousands of visitors around the nearby towns and cities paid a visit to this celebration. More images to come in my Explore Germany site. Here are the photographs I took during our visit.the colourful building in the old city of Neumarkt. You can find here a lot of fastfoods and restaurants during the Altstadtfest. Different beers from the region can also be tasted. Some kiosks also cater food and delicacies from different countries like Turkey, Greece, China, Japan, of course from Germany and some other more. It was a very successful celebration indeed.
