Swine Flu Virus Reaches Europe Now

I believed the whole world is already alarm with the new virus that started in Mexico a few days ago. After the bird's flu virus, comes now the Swine flu virus. This is not a joke because I read in a newspaper the other day that more than a hundred now lost their lives in Mexico with this virus. I also heard today that one victim from the United States is also dead. I would like to extend my condolences to the victims' families. The Swine Flu Virus also reaches Europe now. A group of tourists from Germany who had a trip to Mexico are also infected with this virus and are treated now in the hospital. I guess there are three of them. A lot of countries in Europe are already alarmed by this.

Disease and sickness like these need to be given immediate attention. They need to be brought to the doctor for immediate examination and cure. If I'm not mistaken, there are medicines that can help cure these viruses. There are some drugs and medicines that might be prescribed by the doctor. Sometimes these drugs and medicines can be very expensive. There is a canadian pharmacy where you can buy prescribed drugs. They offer cheaper drugs and medicine compared to US prices. Yummy Food!

We attended a friend's birthday party last Saturday. There were a lot of food being served on the table. Ten recipes were cooked by yours truly. It was another great gathering with friends. Last Sunday, my husband forced me to go walking with him because he said I ate too much during last Saturday's Party.

I guess my husband don't want me to take weight loss products to eradicate my excess fat. These photos are the pancit canton and menudo apritada food which are only some of the food I prepared. Yummy food! want some? have a nice day to all!

Last Thursday, while I was waiting more than one hour during my husband's doctor appointment, I was changing colors of the pictures in my camera. TF#37- Schlüsselblumen or Primula veris

Happy Sunday to all! These flowers caught my attention as I went walking with my husband this afternoon. I asked him what kind of flowers are these. He told me that it is called Schlüsselblumen in German. I gave a name in English. I told my husband, it is then called in English "Key flowers". Schlüsselblumen came from two words, Schlüssel and blumen which means key and flowers respectively.

As I search about it in Wikipedia, this is what it is exactly called.
Primula veris (Cowslip; syn. Primula officinalis Hill) is a flowering plant in the genus Primula. The species is native throughout most of temperate Europe and Asia, and although absent from more northerly areas including much of northwest Scotland, it reappears in northernmost Sutherland and Orkney.

We Finally Have a Roof

I remembered when my house in the Philippines was first constructed in 2004. It was a tough decision but one of the best decision I ever made. We finally have a roof to stay! If I probably let it build now, the price of the house might already be double or triple with regards to the cost of labor and materials. I am so thankful that I made a wise decision that time. Building a house can be very stressful and cost a lot of fortune especially if you don't have the right and qualified people to build it. I am just thankful that I hired experienced people who constructed our house.

Yellow Tulips in Our Garden

I received a comment from Rosamaria, a blogger why I only posted one flowers yesterday from Today's Flower meme when I took around five hundred photos in our garden. Thanks for the comment Rosamaria...nice name, combination of my name and my mother. I appreciate it. Actually I took a lot of photos in different times of the day and in different angles and position of the flowers in our garden. Like for example in these yellow tulips here. I have all angles of pictures from north, east, west and south, up and down side, etc. ..sometimes I only took one closer picture of one tulip flower and in different angles and times of the day. You know why? I just want to try the saying below which I read in a book.

"Tourists rarely takes great photographs. They seldom make the effort to be at the right spot at the right time to get the right angle of light in the right weather conditions. To capture beautiful outdoor pictures, professional photographers are careful to view the scene from different angles, during different seasons and at different times of the day."

I Wish to Go To Hawaii

I guess that you already have an idea about me when you look in my other blogs. I simply love to travel. There are still a lot of places in the world that I am planning to visit. I got a list for that and I am just slowly visiting those places and cities. I know that Hawaii is one of the places that is included in one's travel destination including me. Is my title correct guys that most women love shopping? Please correct me if I am wrong. I would greatly appreciate it. As far as I can remember back to College, the meaning of shopping is not really buying but shopping can lead to buying products or services. Shopping simply means that you are looking or searching for something which you want or plan to buy. Sometimes this is also termed as window shopping. I hope you agree with me.

As a woman, I also love to shop. I guess that is normal as human being. The problem is that where to shop and what to shop? What a Beautiful day! Yes, today was a very beautiful and lovely day! I had the chance to go walking with mein Schatz and we had fun walking around near our place in Hohenfels. The Car Full of Snow

Good morning! It is time to sign-off now but let me just share this to you before I say goodbye. See that photo? I know it is a car full of snow. That is the favorite car color that I love. Mine is black anyway. I am quite contented with it because it is just enough for my needs. If ever I have more finances, I might want to buy the same color as this. The brand? I'll tell you next time. I really don't want a big car because in the country where I am a citizen now, the bigger car you have, the more tax and insurances you pay and the more it consumes gasoline. Markplatz Is So Busy

After I woke-up this morning, I immediately dressed-up to go to the Markplatz or Mark Square in our small town. It is not really a big square compared to the one in Munich. This morning was so busy in Markplatz. I had a hard time looking for a place to park my car. It is raining until now. Instead of walking, I just drove going there. You can find in the Markplatz, the bank, the bakery, the church, some restaurants, shops, the doctor's clinic, municipal hall, post office and a lot more. That is why Markplatz is always busy especially in the morning.

The photo here is our Church in our place. It is called the St. Ullrich Church. See those eggs? It is called the "Oster Brunnen" which means in English "Easter Fountain" which they put up every Easter Season..It's time to make a short lunch break. I also need to find a low cost auto insurance because my car insurance is expiring soon. have a great day top all!

Talk With my Sister From Las Vegas

Happy Wednesday! It is almost ending in Europe now. I hope you had a great one! I had a conversation with my sister from Las Vegas last night. We talked about our planned vacation this year to the Philippines. I am quite excited with it after not spending a vacation back home for more than two years. I am busy seeing other places here in Europe when financial matters allows me to do so. I am also happy because I might have the chance to visit US again and visit my sister in Las Vegas. I am Finally Here!

I am finally back here! First of all I would like to wish everyone a great evening especially to all people in Europe. I am just sharing for now an experience which happened yesterday. This is quite scary and funny at the same time. Would you believe that we left our house open for almost four hours yesterday. It was my fault anyway..or am I getting too old to forgot some things now? The bad thing was that I also left my keys in the door knob. My husband was scared because somebody can just enter the house without any difficulty. Our neighbor who always watch around was also not at home the whole afternoon. We are just grateful that nothing was lost even the door was wide open yesterday. My husband just laughed about my forgetfulness. My Sister's Puppies in Las Vegas

My sister have two cute puppies in Las Vegas. The name of the other one is Nicole and the other one is Poppy. I love these two puppies too. Poppy is so sweet and quite while Nicole is a bit wild and loud but she is very cute. I remember them always waiting near the front door everytime we came back from somewhere. Nicole always barks so loud that no burglar can come inside the house...wink! I miss my sister's puppies too..I have some doggies back home. My favorite named Peewee is dead now. She is a Japanese pitch dog and also very cute. A Travel To The Journeys

Are you confuse with my title? I hope not! I always love to browse travel blogs. I myself love to travel, therefore I should love travel blogs. There are already a lot of travel blogs in the net. Some are sharing their travel anywhere around the world and the unique experiences that they had during their travel. Some are even writing blogs of their imaginary travel. Just like me they dream to travel to interesting places and cities in the world. I guess, I am lucky to see some places that people did not see. That is also the reason why I am sharing my travel experiences through blogging.

Just now, I had some Tours with Smithsonian. Actually it is also a blog wherein the author named Richard Kurin shares his travel experiences anywhere. I find the blog very interesting and how Mr. Kurin share his ideas. Not a surprise because he is the Under Secretary for History, Art and Culture at the Smithsonian Institution. I haven't gone yet to the places where he was. Some of this places are Jordan, City of Stone called Petra, Siena in Italy and a lot more. This is such and interesting blog. I found a lot of information and articles that are very useful especially if you love to travel. The photos are also well taken and presented which made the blog more appealing. If you want to see the world even just in the net, why not try to visit this blog too! You can now start to travel even in your imagination! Who knows one it will all slowly come true..just like me!

My Not So Good Travel Experience

I just took a short break from online to to refresh me. I am finally done with shower and get ready for bed. Before I go to sleep let me share to you a not so good experience during my travel with a friend in England last November 2008. We were late that time to ride a train from Birmingham to Manchester. You know the reason why? The bus where we rode from Northfield to Birmingham was caught by a traffic jam because that day was the beginning of school classes. We normally had a very cheap train ticket from Birmingham to Manchester because we bought it online but it was null and void because we were late and was left by the train. We ended up buying a new train ticket which is double the price.

What's the lesson of this story? Always start your trip earlier because no train or bus will wait for you and you might ended up paying more for your trip. One last thing, if you plan to travel from airport to airport especially in the US, better hire car service jfk for your easy, affordable and comfortable transportation. You can also make online reservations and can avail of their special offers for shuttle ride discount and many other sightseeing services. I just saw today a very cheap travel to New York.
