Staying Fit Through Proper Diet and Exercise

It’s weekend again..I hope that you are having a great one. We don’t have the chance to go walking today because I was feeling so tired due to having not enough sleep last night. I was having a pain in my shoulder again. I always wanted to stay fit by having proper diet and exercise. Sad to say, the weather we had this week is not friendly. It keeps on raining everyday. I also tried to diet now by eating more fruits and vegetable everyday. Sometimes my food carvings are destroying my proper diet..at least I am trying.
