I took this photo last Nov. 08, 2008 during the Lord’s mayor Parade in London, England. It was raining as I watched the parade with a friend from London. It is worth seeing since you will see a lot of things here that reflects England’s culture and tradition, history and politics if I am not mistaken. We enjoyed the parade despite the strong rain.
